Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge, located on the Broadmoor's property. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, and shuttles will start running from the Main Entrance at 3:45 PM for the short five-minute drive. Please plan to arrive to Cheyenne Mountain Lodge no later than 4:15 PM to ensure a timely start. After the festivities, shuttles will be available starting at 9 PM to transport guests back to the Main Entrance. Please note that there is no parking available at Cheyenne Mountain Lodge; all guests should utilize complimentary valet services or arrange for an Uber/Lyft drop-off.

All guests will be able to utilize the Broadmoor's complimentary valet service at the Main Entrance for both the Welcome Party on Friday 7/11, and the wedding on Saturday 7/12. The shuttles to Cheyenne Mountain Lodge on 7/12 will leave from the Main Entrance. For the wedding, you can valet (or set your Uber/Lyft drop-off) to the Broadmoor Main Entrance, where shuttles will be leaving every 10 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge.

We kindly request our guests to embrace black tie attire for our special day. For gentlemen, this typically means a tuxedo or dark suit, paired with a formal shirt and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear an elegant evening gown or a chic cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
