Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Cheyenne Lodge, located on the Broadmoor's property, five-minutes from the Main Building. For guests staying on property or Ubering, shuttles will depart from the South Drive, located near Retail Alley on the main side of the resort. For guests staying off property, complimentary parking will be available in the Broadmoor Parking Garage. From there, guests will board the Shuttles, stationed outside the garage, to Cheyenne Lodge. Please plan to arrive to Cheyenne Lodge no later than 4:15 to ensure a timely start.

Complimentary shuttles will start running from South Drive (easiest for on property guests or guests Ubering) or the Broadmoor Parking Garage (easiest for off property guests parking) at 3:45 PM. Shuttles will remain with the group throughout the evening on Saturday, allowing guests access to return to their vehicles at their convenience.

Please set Uber/Lyft dropoffs to the Main Entrance of the Broadmoor (1 Lake Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80906). From there, you walk to South Drive to take the shuttle. Please reference the map below.

For guests staying off property, complimentary parking will be available in the Broadmoor Parking Garage, close to the Main Building. From there, guests will board the Shuttles, stationed outside the garage, to Cheyenne Lodge. Please reference the map below.

We kindly request our guests to embrace black tie attire for our special day. For gentlemen, this typically means a tuxedo or dark suit, paired with a formal shirt and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear an elegant evening gown or a chic cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
